A driver was wounded early Tuesday in a vehicle-to-vehicle shooting on the 90 Freeway near Del Rey.

The victim was eastbound on the freeway, just west of Culver Boulevard, at about midnight when a gunman in a green vehicle opened fire. At least two rounds were fired from the gunman's vehicle, according to investigators.

The passenger's side window of the victim's car was shattered. The victim was struck in the leg, according to investigators.

The wounded driver was hospitalized. Details regarding the victim's condition were not immediately available, but he told investigators that he honked his horn when the driver of the green vehicle failed to move after a traffic signal turned green.

Authorities have made no arrests.
