Four Injured After Wrong-Way Motorcyclist Collides With Vehicle Following Pursuit

A wrong-way motorcyclist crashed head on into a vehicle on the 60 Freeway on Friday following a pursuit, injuring two people on the motorcycle and two others.

California Highway Patrol responded to call around 1 a.m. saying a motorcycle was traveling at a high speed on the 60 Freeway near Diamond Bar.

Officials attempted to pull the driver over when they drove off, going the wrong way multiple times through the freeway and through streets.

The pursuit ended after the motorcycle crashed head on into a car after travelling the wrong way on the eastbound lanes of the 60 Freeway near Grand Avenue.

The two people on the motorcycle were transported to a hospital in critical condition. Two people in the vehicle involved in the collision suffered minor injuries.
