One man was dead and three others hurt, including a girl under the age of 18, in a shooting in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles Saturday, the LA County Sheriff's Department said.

Upon arrival, deputies learned that a shooting had occurred, killing one man and injuring three others.

The first victim, a male adult, was located laying on the sidewalk suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the torso, officials said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

LASD said that the three additional victims, two men and one girl, were also injured and transported to a local area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

There was no suspect description, officials said.
