A thief made off with 20,000 pounds of cheese, boosted from an unmarked trailer in a Milwaukee parking, NBC affiliate WTMJ reported.

The cheese, valued at more than $46,000, was on its way to the New York area. Vince Christian, of Wisconsin Cheese Mart, told WTMJ cheese theft is considered a growing problem in his industry, with at least two other large cheese heists in Wisconsin this year.
