Even the dead are getting priced out of Manhattan.

A Catholic church plans to open its 200-year-old crypt to the public and sell a six-person family vault for $7 million, according to The New York Post.

The catacomb is located in the Basilica of St. Patrick's Old Cathedral in SoHo. It's the only Catholic cemetery in Manhattan and has burials that date back to the 1700s.

Cemetery director Frank Alfieri says the buyer will be buried with "people that set the Catholic faith in motion in New York."

Famous dead neighbors include John Connolly, the first Bishop of New York, Gen. Thomas Eckert, an adviser to Abraham Lincoln, and John Kelly, a leader of Tammany Hall and New York congressman.
