The Boston Bruins take on the Chicago Blackhawks in the Stanley Cup finals that kick off tonight.

Bruins right wing Jaromir Jagr, 41, will be returning to the finals for the first time since 1992. That year, 20-year-old Jagr won his second title with the Pittsburgh Penguins, beating the Blackhawks.

The world has changed a lot since Jagr’s last appearance in the Stanley Cup; let’s take a look:

· Jagr’s home country was still known as Czechoslovakia.
· Bruins defenseman Dougie Hamilton wasn’t even born yet.
· The Internet wasn’t being used by the public yet; it was mostly reserved for the government and big universities.
