For years, NFL QB Michael Vick made money off of dogs biting other dogs.

Well, a Florida company has been making a buck off of dogs taking a bite out of Vick and the state Attorney General's Office doesn't like it.

Showbiz Promotions, a Jacksonville-based firm, has been selling The Vick Dog Chew Toy in the image of the former Atlanta Falcons star to animal shelters across the state and giving dogs the chance to get a little payback.

But state officials are mad the company hasn't been donating any of the proceeds to charitable causes such as PETA or other animal rights organizations.

Sure donating is nice and all, but what's wrong with letting a pit bull mangle Vick, even if it is a rubber toy.

It's not like some of us wouldn't want to see that happen in real life after all that Vick put hundreds of dogs through to make a little spending cash on top of from his $100-million NFL contract.

Vick bankrolled dogfighting at his homes in Georgia and Virginia and personally took part in killing dogs that couldn't cut it in the barbaric blood sport.

Vick is currently serving the end of his prison sentence and should be released to a halfway house soon. He could be back in the NFL as early as this this season.

The lawsuit filed Thursday also claims the company has been selling dolls named for slain toddler Caylee Anthony and promised to give proceeds to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. To date, the company has donated $10.
