Sara Catania is the Vice President of Digital News for NBC4 Southern California, where she oversees all of the station's digital offerings, including web, social media and mobile. Previously she was the Editorial Director of Digital News for the station. Under her leadership the station won its first-ever national Sigma Delta Chi Award from the Society of Professional Journalists, for coverage of breaking news. Prior to that she was a regional editor at AOL's hyperlocal Patch.com, where she spearheaded the Southern California operation, launching the first sites in the state and guiding the establishment of the brand in the region. Catania was a reporter at the Los Angeles Times, where she contributed to the Pulitzer Prize-winning coverage of the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. She has worked as a reporter at the LA Daily News, and a staff writer for the LA Weekly. She has a Masters in Journalism from UC Berkeley and is the recipient of a John S. Knight Journalism Fellowship from Stanford University.
Jonathan Lloyd is the Managing Editor of Digital News at NBC4 Southern California where he has been a member of the digital team since 2004. Before joining NBC4, he was a web editor at NBCConnecticut.com and a reporter for two Minnesota newspapers, Sun Newspapers and the Mankato Free Press.

Jason Kandel is a Digital News Producer for NBC4 Southern California. He is an award-winning journalist who has covered news in Southern California for 19 years. He's been a reporter at Thomson Reuters, the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Daily News and the Long Beach Press-Telegram. He's been an online editor at dailynews.com and Southern California Public Radio. She studied foreign multimedia journalism in France, and taught English to college freshmen at CSUN. She's won awards from Los Angeles Press Club, CA Newspaper Publishers Association and CA College Media Association. She spearheaded an award-winning investigative series into CSU salaries while news editor at CSUN's Daily Sundial and is a graduate of California State University, Northridge.

Irene Moore is a Digital News Producer for NBC4 Southern California. Moore first joined the digital team as an intern the spring of 2012, returning to the team as a producer in 2013. After her internship with NBC4, she pursued her passion for travel and world affairs. She wrote for CBS travel editor Peter Greenberg, as well as worked in broadcast production for two years, producing “The Morning Review with Roy Ulrich” on KPFK and freelanced for The Mainichi, a Japanese publication. She also co-wrote and co-hosted a segment for KPFK about Muslims in the media. Before graduating from Cal State Northridge, she worked as a senior reporter for the campus newspaper, The Daily Sundial.
