Sara Catania is the Vice President of Digital News for NBC4 Southern California, where she oversees all of the station's digital offerings, including web, social media and mobile. Previously she was the Editorial Director of Digital News for the station. Under her leadership the station won its first-ever national Sigma Delta Chi Award from the Society of Professional Journalists, for coverage of breaking news. Prior to that she was a regional editor at AOL's hyperlocal Patch.com, where she spearheaded the Southern California operation, launching the first sites in the state and guiding the establishment of the brand in the region. Catania was a reporter at the Los Angeles Times, where she contributed to the Pulitzer Prize-winning coverage of the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. She has worked as a reporter at the LA Daily News, and a staff writer for the LA Weekly. She has a Masters in Journalism from UC Berkeley and is the recipient of a John S. Knight Journalism Fellowship from Stanford University.
Jonathan Lloyd is the Managing Editor of Digital News at NBC4 Southern California where he has been a member of the digital team since 2004. Before joining NBC4, he was a web editor at NBCConnecticut.com and a reporter for two Minnesota newspapers, Sun Newspapers and the Mankato Free Press.

Willian Avila is a Digital News Producer at NBC4 Southern California. He has worked in print and digital journalism for several years, most recently as an online news producer at ABC7 Los Angeles. He also co-authored an investigative report at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism and reported for The Desert Sun in Palm Springs. He is a Los Angeles native and graduated from UC Berkeley.

Christina Cocca is a Digital News Producer for NBC4 Southern California. She first joined the team as an intern in Spring 2013. She studied foreign multimedia journalism in France, and taught English to college freshmen at CSUN. She's won awards from Los Angeles Press Club, CA Newspaper Publishers Association and CA College Media Association. She spearheaded an award-winning investigative series into CSU salaries while news editor at CSUN's Daily Sundial and is a graduate of California State University, Northridge.

She was also a reporter with the San Fernando Valley Business Journal, covering commercial real estate and the biotech industry. She attended San Francisco State University, where she was editor-in-chief of the award-winning Golden Gate Xpress.

Irene Moore is a Digital News Producer for NBC4 Southern California. She first joined the digital team as an intern the spring of 2012, returning to the team as a producer in 2013 after pursuing her passion for travel and world affairs. Prior to NBC4 she wrote for CBS travel editor Peter Greenberg, as well as worked in broadcast production for two years, producing “The Morning Review with Roy Ulrich” on KPFK and freelanced for The Mainichi, a Japanese publication. She also co-wrote and co-hosted a segment for KPFK about Muslims in the media. Moore attended Cal State Northridge where she worked as a senior reporter for the campus newspaper, The Daily Sundial.
