The mission of Age Well Senior Services is to provide resources for older adults to promote their vitality and support their independence. We do this through our nutrition programs (Meals on Wheels and Congregate), our Transportation program, our Adult Day Care and our Case Management program.
Meals on Wheels Drivers - Age Well Senior Services relies on volunteer drivers to deliver meals to our 400 home bound senior clients. The clients love the daily visit from their volunteer drivers and our volunteers enjoy getting to know these fantastic seniors. To volunteer, click here.
