LA musician Ken Elkinson is attempting to help put drivers at ease during the weekend closure of the 405 Freeway through the Sepulveda Pass.
Last year, Elkinson gave away free songs to help relieve the stress of drivers stuck in their cars and this year, the composer is at it again.
