Social workers with LA County's Department of Children and Family Services protested Thursday to demand better working conditions, saying they are juggling too many cases at once which could put children in danger. The maximum for a single social worker is 38 cases, but some say they are handling 50 or more. John Cadiz Klemack reports from Downtown Los Angeles for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2013.
