Since 1992, New Directions for Veterans has helped our nation’s heroes successfully address the challenges of life after military service.
Guided by our mission to empower men and women who served in the military, and their families, to lead productive and fulfilling lives, NDVets helps Los Angeles-area homeless veterans and veterans at risk for homelessness to effectively transform their lives.
Serving more than 1,100 veterans and their family members each year, NDVets operates four transitional housing programs, a rapid re-housing and homelessness prevention program, and four permanent supportive housing facilities in Los Angeles County, with additional projects in the pipeline.
