PATH (People Assisting the Homeless)

PATH was founded in 1984 by a community collaborative that came together to address the problem of homelessness in their community. By focusing on rapid re-housing, strategic outreach, permanent supportive housing development, and services for the most vulnerable populations, PATH is dedicated to permanently ending homelessness for individuals, families and communities throughout Southern California.

In 2013, we permanently housed more than 1,600 people in need, but we want to do more. For this reason, we have established an ambitious, but absolutely achievable goal – 3,000 homeless making it home by 2015.

Volunteer opportunities include preparing meals, collecting hygiene kits, preparing lunches for homeless visitors, or a holding a fundraiser and more. To volunteer, click here.
