LA Animal Services Plans Post-Rose Parade Adoption Event

Are you looking for a new best friend? All sorts of furry companions are waiting for new homes at Los Angeles animal shelters. Jan Selder from LA Animal Services talked about pet adoption in the spotlight at the 2013 Rose Parade. "Furbie" (featured in this clip) and six other dogs will be riding on the Pet Care Foundation Float and will then be available for adoption after the parade at Victory Park in Pasadena at the entrance to the float viewing area. The approximate start time will be between noon and 1 p.m. depending on when the parade concludes. This clip originally on the NBC4 Noon News on Dec. 26, 2012.
