"At every stretch we see police standing ... but even then these things happen," says Deepak Karkala, a USC engineering student referring to the near-campus shootings of two USC graduate students, Ming Qu and Ying Wu. A second memorial service was held for the students Thursday, the same day police announced they would offer a $125,000 reward for information on the slayings. John Cadiz Klemack reports from USC for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on April 11, 2012.
