NBC4 also won awards for “NBC4 News at 11: The Death of Osama Bin Laden” in the
news special category and for its coverage of the “Seal Beach Massacre” in the

programming for “St. Moritz” and signal report for “Wi-Fi Hacking.”

“NBC4 has a long tradition of excellence and our consecutive wins demonstrate the great commitment every member of our team has to making sure Southern Californians receive the news and information that matters most,” said Steve Carlston, president and general manager of NBC4 Southern California.

The Emmy awards are given for broadcast achievements produced or solely financed
and controlled by the Los Angeles television stations or cable television
