Clarkson Coming to Coachella Valley

Kelly Clarkson will give her first performance in the Coachella Valley in July.
The 2002 "American Idol" champion will headline the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino Special Events Center on July 3, said casino spokesman Frank Torok.
Clarkson was 20 when she won the televised talent show. She then won a recording contract with RCA Records.
Tickets go on sale April 10 at 10 a.m. at the casino's box office.
