Beautiful Criminal
Beautiful Criminal plays the night-closer at Hear NoHo on Thursday, November 5th.
HEAR NOHO: The once-a-month music-and-art celebration kicks off at 6:30PM with a free show -- Micah Lashbrook at the Ink Gallery -- and wraps at 10:30PM with Beautiful Criminal at the NoHo Arts Center. In the middle of those two: lots and lots of tuneage. It's all happening around North Hollywood, and it is all $10 (a wristband gets you into the first and then every show).
MUSIC BEYOND NOHO: Just. So Much. Including R. Kelly at Nokia Theatre, singer-songwriter Sara Tavares is at the Skirball Center, Cage the Elephant at El Rey, the Pixies second show at the Palladium, The Bravery at the Wiltern. Plus, Gustavo Dudamel is conducting Verdi's Requiem at Walt Disney Concert Hall (through Sunday).
NEW COCKTAIL CELEBRATION: Drago Centro downtown is debuting a fresh beverage list for the holidays, and, to mark the occasion, will offer all new sips at a discount all day long today. Price is $8 instead of $12, and the roster is interesting. Api e Rose, with gin, rosemary, and honey, especially intrigues.
