The Killers are in Orange County on September 15th, and Hollywood on September 16th
THE KILLERS: We still haven't definitively answered the whole human/dancer question -- we'll try and do that by this afternoon -- but that's okay. The Killers will keep on asking, and we'll keep on enjoying their elegant inquiry. They're in Irvine tonight and the Hollywood Bowl tomorrow night. Are you going to see them both? Don't you like that we have that we frequently have that option here in SoCal?
FRANK BRUNI AND MAX MUTCHNICK: He's got one of those dream jobs. Maybe *the* dream job: Restaurant Critic for the New York Times. Yet Frank Bruni has dealt with food issues for a long time. He's written a book about his complicated relationship with his meal, and he's in conversation with TV smarty Max Mutchnick. It's part of the Writers Bloc series, and it is at the ICM Screening Room in Century City at 7:30PM.
IT'S TWESTIVAL TIME: The volunteer-nice Twestival LA just made for Hollywood & Highland to raise money for LA Foodbank and Chrysalis; now Twestival OC heads for Orange Hill Restaurant for an evening of comedy, tunes, fundraising, and putting face-to-name (or Twitter handle).
