"The Nightman Cometh" cometh to the Hollywood Palladium on Friday, September 25th.
"THE NIGHTMAN COMETH" ARRIVES: He's no longer cometh; he's here. The much ballyhooed (and with good reason) stage production of "The Nightman Cometh" heads for the Palladium tonight. Who's behind the rock opera? The good people of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," that cult favorite that has been furiously shaking off the "cult" bit on its way to just becoming a favorite. This live tour should push it a little more in that direction. 8PM
MERCEDES BENZ WAVEFEST: Smooth sounds for a late September night. Make that nights. A bevy of big names in jazz and easy grooves are headed for The Greek Theatre. Up tonight: Brian McKnight and Al Jarreau. Tomorrow: Kenny G and Vanessa Williams. Doesn't "Save the Best for Last" remind everyone of someone? We're just postulating here. If you're a Wave maven, best get tickets for both nights.
HALLOWEEN HARVEST FESTIVAL: Fall is still just a few days along, but the haunted attractions are turning on the lights. Or is that turning off the lights? We're particularly sweet on the get-up they have going at Pierce College. There are pumpkins and picture-taking opps for those not seeking scares, but the Factory of Nightmares Haunted House for everyone else. It's running through November 1st on select dates.
