Jacko's Chimp “Bubbles” Coming Out of Retirement

Madame Tussauds Hollywood is enlisting the help of "Bubbles" the chimpanzee to paint an official poster for its new exhibit, the Michael Jackson Experience.

"Bubbles" -- who in his working days, appeared on television and in movies -- grew to international fame as the King of Pop's pet. After growing "too strong to be around people," according to Center for Orangutan & Chimpanzee Conservation, he moved to an animal compound in California.

Then in 2005, like so many other retirees, he moved to Florida.

Now, he's coming out of retirement.

The chimp will paint the official poster-invite for the exhibit, which opens in Los Angeles on June 24. The Michael Jackson Experience features three wax figures, each costing $300,000.

Madame Tussauds will donate a portion of ticket sales to the Center for Great Apes, the Central Florida sanctuary where "Bubbles" currently lives.
