According to the New York Post, not drinking is just about the worst thing you can do for your health.

Dr. Malcolm Lloyd -- of Johns Hopkins and Dartmouth – is slated to appear on “Good Morning America" this week to evangelize the benefits of drinking – and not just the drinking of water or red wine, which have been the focus of most credible research thus far.

Dr. Lloyd was quoted as saying that "research shows that people who drink moderately flat-out live longer than those who don't.” “Flat-out” is a scientific term which means “100 percent undeniably,” so you can count on that the next time you head to your neighborhood bar.
