Wax Michael Jackson to be Unveiled at Madame Tussauds

The new Michael Jackson figure debuts at Madame Tussauds Hollywood
In honor of what would have been Michael Jackon’s 51st birthday, Madame Tussauds in Hollywood will unveil his wax likeness on Thursday, August 27th.
The figure, which was first unveiled in July at Madame Tussauds, London, shows Jackson in a stance similar to that on his “This Is It” comeback tour poster, which was set to kick off in June 2009.
Starting at 11am Thursday, the celebration begins, complete with a DJ s pinning Jackson’s hits, live performances and a moonwalk demonstration.
The wax Michael will be unveiled at 4pm. This version of Michael joins a legion of others – it is the twelfth in the collection, which is spread across Madame Tussauds locations worldwide.
