Showcasing Top Designers for an Important Cause

There are many places to go to spy new designs and see where styles are heading, but LA Fashion Corner is a nexus for the couture set. While its famous fashion shows, which happen four times a year, draw celebs and trendsetters alike, not to mention the people who dress them both, the Holiday Fashion Show is special indeed. Vista Del Mar's art enrichment program, via the Elevate Hope Foundation, is the beneficiary of the evening; Elevate Hope assists and comforts, through artistic, joyful expression, children who have suffered abuse, and was co-founded by musician Sheila E.

Located at The Highlands at Hollywood & Highland, the LA Fashion Corner Fashion Show supports its important mission through a night of gala happenings. A red carpet is planned, as is the fashion show itself, tunes, silent auction, and a charity raffle. Star models are hinted at, but what is not is the dress: it's black tie ("mandatory," in fact). So gussy up, applaud up-and-coming designers, buy a raffle ticket or three and help those in need.
