Cocktail for a Cause: The Viceroy Santa Monica is featuring a drink every month. All proceeds from the drink help a non-profit.
February's focus: The International Medical Corps Haiti Fund.
The Viceroy: Both Whist, the hotel's restaurant, and the Cameo Bar have gotten the love from the go-out crowd. Whichever you prefer, you can get the cocktail in either.
This month's cocktail... Is The Strawberry. In it: Grand Marnier, agave nectar, 14 Below vodka, pineapple and sour notes. Plus one plump strawberry.
The price: $10
Through February 28th: As mentioned, the cocktail is available all month. But there will be more to come -- 10 more, to be exact, in 2010 -- so check back with the hotel.
