Grace Chef Creates Dish Using Tweets

Grace

Grace's Neal Fraser is cooking from your tweets at 2PM on September 24th. Why? To support dineLA Restaurant Week.

dineLA Restaurant Week is coming. Oh great gravy, is it ever. Our scrumptious city must throw one of the most well-thought-out restaurant festivals in the country, complete with gourmet events, a food truck, progressive dinners, and specials so delicious you just want to dip a deep-fried zucchini in, and eat eat eat.

Up next: Chef Neal Fraser of Grace is creating a dish using suggestions people have tweeted. The Twitter/online/you-get-involved event is in support of the dineLA Restaurant Week, which kicks off on October 4th. But we don't have to wait that long to see the chef fire up the stoves; he'll be cooking at 2PM on Thursday, September 24th.

The fun bit: You can watch the demo live. If you're watching at your desk, best hit the vending machine beforehand. We're guessing we'll need something to chow on during the presentation.

Looks like sea urchin is on the menu. But what else? Best tune in at 2PM on the 24th and see.
