Top Chef's Downtown Eatery To Open Next Week

It's just about time for Top Chef season two winner Ilan Hall to open his anticipated downtown eatery, The Gorbals. Thrillist reported that the restaurant would open today, but after a little run in with building and safety inspectors yesterday, the debut has been postponed to later this week.
On the bright side, The Gorbals has started accepting reservations for Saturday and here's a first look at the full menu in its glorious unctuous entirety.
