Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Meg Ryan, Tori Spelling, Eli Broad, More

While it's been a pocket listing for many years, actress Meg Ryan's six bedroom home in Bel Air officially hit the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) a few days ago for $19.5 million. More about the 1931 home via the listing: "A gated and private drive is the approach to this 1931 restored Spanish compound. Actress Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are headed to the Valley: The pair have purchased a six-bedroom home on Encino Avenue in Encino for $2.495 million. They also are trying to sell their old home in Westwood (it may have sold). [Real Estalker]

The crazy Studio City residence featured on the site last week (the $6.5 million apartment with the bird statues and the dog diaper) belongs to Rosemarie Stack, the widow of "Unsolved Mysteries"'s Robert Stack,.
