    While it's been a pocket listing for many years, actress Meg Ryan's six bedroom home in Bel Air officially hit the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) a few days ago for $19.5 million. More about the 1931 home via the listing: "A gated and private drive is the approach to this 1931 restored Spanish compound.     Actress Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are headed to the Valley: The pair have purchased a six-bedroom home on Encino Avenue in Encino for $2.495 million. They also are trying to sell their old home in Westwood (it may have sold). [Real Estalker]

    The crazy Studio City residence featured on the site last week (the $6.5 million apartment with the bird statues and the dog diaper) belongs to Rosemarie Stack, the widow of "Unsolved Mysteries"'s Robert Stack,. According to the Times, the home is a conversion of the old Wilshire Terrace's dining room. [LA Times]

    Philanthropist Eli Broad has been trying to unload his 33rd floor coop in New York City's Sherry-Netherland Hotel since August. The two-bedroom is listed at $15 million. [Real Estalker]
