ConstructionWatch: West LA's Exposition Project

This ConstructionWatch also features Kanner Architects, the same local firm who are behind yesterday's Venice property (this is all purely coincidental), and this is their colorful and cubey property at 11320 Exposition Boulevard in West Los Angeles. The rendering caused a lot of positive chatter on the site last fall, and now the 22-unit project is really showing its height (which'll be interesting because some of those top units seem pretty eye-level with the highway. Hullo, commuters!). According to developer Urban Environment's web site, the project will be finished in spring 2009. It's not clear if this is a condo or apartment building.
