Note to renters: pick it up. Comedian/actor/whatever Dane Cook has been evicted from his WeHo apartment after he allowed his chihuahua (!) to defecate in public, according to contactmusic.com. After Cook ignored three warnings about his dog's excrement, his landlord tacked an eviction notice on his door. Cook appealed the eviction, but a judge ruled against the entertainer, citing a flurry of complaints from neighbors that the dog—named Beast—is pooping in the common areas of the apartment. Don't cry for Dane, he allegedly is moving into a $7 million house in the Hollywood Hills. [Contactmusic]
