Since you could make the case that Koreatown is the most walkable, amenity-packed neighborhood in Los Angeles right now, so let's check out rents for one-bedrooms in the area. About 900 square feet, this one-bedroom in Oxford Street Apartments, a few blocks off Wilshire, is renting for $1,100. Those older moldings and fixtures features will be charming to some, annoying to others. Right now, rents for one-bedrooms on Craigslist range from about $900-$1,475, but after the jump, a map of comparison rents in the area.
