Where: Silver Lake architecture firm, about a week ago. Who: Architect. What: "I stopped by the Building & Safety Dept. [at 201 Figueroa in downtown]. It's so weird, there are no lines now, no one is there. The guy behind the counter looked freaked out, and told me, 'No one is coming in.'"
