PriceChopper: Windsor Village's Francis Parc Looks To Unload

advertisement

Who knew this beautiful Windsor Village park existed? Called Henry A. Harold Park and named after one of the city's late, esteemed city councilmembers, the park (second image in gallery) is probably the best thing going for Francis Parc, a 29-unit development (a conversion of an apartment building) on Francis Avenue. It's one of few new condo projects we've seen in this neighborhood, and last week the developer dropped prices $30,000 in an attempt to get the last three units moved. So a 1,521 square foot three-bedroom is now listed at $629,000 (a similar one is in the gallery). Meanwhile, don't tell anyone about that beautiful park. UPDATE: Well, shootings happen most everywhere, right?
