It seems to be the rare house that is priced under $1 million in the hills above Sunset Plaza. But this bank-owned one-bedroom, one-bath cottage currently for sale on Crescent Drive (in as-is condition) is well under. The house doesn't look like much to look at, but it's on a double lot measuring about 12,000 square feet. Sold in 2007 for $949,000 the property is currently listed at $774,900. Worth it for the land alone?
