The last remaining units at the Pan American building on 253 S. Broadway are being rented out. (Urban Pacific Builders, the developer, says they are out of the building, meaning that these are investor-owned and being rented out.) While this is one of the largest units and most expensive units, the current listings on Craigslist include a 900-square foot unit renting for $1,995, or a 685-square foot unit renting for 1,795.
