Forbes.com is back with another one of their fun lists; this time they rank the 10 most stressed-out cities. LA comes in fourth, thanks mainly to the fact that buying a home is out of reach for most residents. The 7.5% unemployment rate, expensive gas, and bad air don't help, though it may be an exaggeration when they say Angelenos "often need to stay indoors when the smog gets really bad." So, who's more frazzled than us? Suck it, New York, Chicago, and Detroit. [Forbes.com]
