It's a chance to live like a millionaire or just spend like one. And it's all for a good cause.
A $2.2 million dollar home in Studio City is up for grabs in a raffle to benefit the Special Olympics Southern California. A chance to win costs $150 dollars per ticket.
The organization says dream house comes from an anonymous donor.
The newly built, 5,000 square foot Mediterranean style home is in the hills south of Ventura Boulevard. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, a four-car garage and a rooftop deck.
The grand entrance even features waterfalls.
Whoever wins the raffle could chose to take a $1.5 million cash payout instead of the real estate.
The raffle is scheduled for June 13.
