We recommend a big black Sharpie. Phyllis Harb of the LA Real Estate Blog receives the following directive from the scary sounding SFV Board of Realtors: "Van Nuys West is no longer a City Code According to City Councilman Cardenas' office, everything west of the 405 freeway, which was previously Van Nuys has now been changed to Lake Balboa. Lake Balboa is a choice when searching for properties or when adding listings. All listings which were previously listed as Van Nuys West have been changed to Lake Balboa." [LAREB]
