Looking at the listings for $500,000 and under in Alhambra, that neighborhood now deemed the next big thing: 1. Even though there are many new listings, there are no open houses listed on the MLS or Redfin, so this will be armchair Open House Tour. 2. A good number of the homes have pools. 3. There are also a good number of short sales. 4. The photos skills of realtors/homeowners are on par with Curbed's photo skills. Good luck!
