Rent Matt LeBlanc's Pacific Palisades Crib

While you may not be able to be "Friends" with actor Matt LeBlanc in real life, you can live in his home. According to the Los Angeles Times, LeBlanc is looking to rent out his lavish Pacific Palisades, California property for a whopping $12,995 per month (or in other words, $155,940 per year).

While the rental price is jaw-dropping for most, the actor has apparently been successful leasing out his pad for such an exorbitant amount. Two years ago Joey, errr… LeBlanc rented out his 1930s Spanish-style crib for $12,000 per month.

The "Friends" actor's Spanish-style pad boasts beamed ceilings, wood floors, original fixtures, ironwork and tile. With a library/den, updated kitchen, four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a step-down dining room, the actor's home is pretty much everything one could want in a palatial rental. Well, except for one minor detail: LeBlanc, who is currently starring in "Episodes", is leasing out his Pacific Palisades pad unfurnished. $12,995 per month for an unfurnished house. Any takers?
