FEDORA TIME: The fedora is now and forever a classic look, on both the male and female head, but sometimes a little brooch or bit of ribbon helps frilly up the feel. We saw the Grace Mary Jane at the Hollywood Hat Lounge, and that big bow does something for us. Especially how it is attached at four corners. Can a bow be a tad tough? We think so.
