12 FULL HOURS: How much chocolate eating do you have in you? If t-shirts and coffee mugs and bumper stickers are to be believed -- and we always believe those items -- then most people can pretty much consume sugary goodness around the clock, with only a stop to ask for more. So when we tell you that Chocolate: The Event, which is headed for Anaheim on Saturday, July 30. Actually, if we want to get very specific, and we usually do where chocolate is concerned, it will be in Anaheim for fully half of July 30, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The location is the Center Street Promenade.
ON THE BILL: Stars like Alison Arngrim and Judy Tenuta are set to show, and several sweet-minded chefs. And then there will be vendors, and they will be selling tidbits and treats and goodies, and you can bet that pretty much everything sold will either be themed to cocoa, have a certain cocoa-ish hue, or will go well with a chocolate cookie. There are several ticket levels and ways to group what you want, but the VIP experience for one is a hundred bucks (there are also 15 chocotix for $25, so explore all).
