WOOF: The World Famous Popovich Comedy Pet Theater not only has a memorably long 'n lively handle, but it is very much associated with a certain burg that begins with Sin and ends in City. So when Gregory Popovich and his cats and his dogs hit the road, it is definitely of note to fans of animal performance. He is doing that, colorful bowler and all, on Saturday, Jan. 15, which is the date he lands at the beautiful Lobero Theatre in Santa Barbara. Time is 7 p.m., an adult ticket is $25.
