NBC4 and Telemundo 52 hosted a clothing drive to benefit Glory Thrift Store in South Los Angeles with clothing donations from employees and the news team. Thousands of clothing items were collected and delivered to the store at a special event on February 2.
The community was invited to join the stations' at Glory Thrift Store on February 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for free coffee and shop for discounted clothing. Glory Thrift Store is located at 3707 West 54th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90043.
The sales from the thrift store fund the nonprofit Parent Action Coalition for Education (PACE), which provides family support services to the community. For more information about Glory Thrift Store, click here.
