The Los Angeles County Alliance for Boys & Girls Clubs is holding a Celebrity Fundraising Basketball Game at the Challengers Boys & Girls Clubs at 1 p.m. on July 9, 2016 with NBC4 Sports Anchor and Reporter Mario Solis as emcee, and NBC4 Southern California as a media sponsor.
The day will feature two 20-minute halves with an exciting halftime show along with games and giveaways. Teams will consist of celebrity athletes and entertainers playing with corporate representatives to help raise awareness of the impact the Boys and Girls Clubs have on youth.
This event benefits the 26 Boys and Girls Clubs in Los Angeles County and special programs to help youth with college and career readiness.
