NBC4 Reporter Angie Crouch Honored by Grand Valley State University

Long-time NBC4 General Assignment Reporter Angie Crouch was honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award by her alma mater Grand Valley State University. This award goes to an alumni who excels in their chosen profession and reflects favorably in the community.  The award was presented at the University's April commencement.  

Crouch has covered a wide-breadth of news stories including Barack Obama's Inauguration, the death of Michael Jackson and the earthquake in Haiti.  She also frequently reports for the station's weekly Life Connected news series, which profiles people who are paying it forward to help others. 

In 1988, Crouch graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting. For more than 30 years, Crouch has worked as a journalist and believes community service is the core purpose of her role as a broadcast news reporter.
