NBC4 Weather Day at Angel Stadium on April 4

NBC4 is teaming up with the Los Angeles Angels to host NBC4 Weather Day on Wednesday, April 4 at Angel Stadium in Anaheim. Several members of the station's weather team plan to participate including David Biggar, Fritz Coleman and Belen De Leon.

The NBC4 Weather Day will include a pre-game weather program facilitated by the station's weather team and in partnership with the Discovery Cube. Hundreds of local youth from local schools and Boys & Girls Clubs in Orange County will have the opportunity to learn about the science and technology behind weather and meteorology.

It was NBC4 Weather Day at Angel Stadium on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Our weather team and the NBC 4x4 Caster were out there to teach lessons about meteorology to hundreds of young people from local schools and Boys and Girls clubs in Orange County. NBC4's VP of News Todd Mokhtari threw the first pitch on the field before the Angels’ game against the Cleveland Indians.

The station's weather vehicles including the NBC4x4Caster and StormRanger4 weather vehicles will be on display.

The Los Angeles Angels vs. Cleveland Indians will begin at 1:07 p.m.
