NBC4's Hetty Chang Hosts Event Supporting Youth

On April 19, NBC4 Southern California supported Forgiving For Living with a financial contribution in addition to NBC4 Reporter Hetty Chang as emcee of the group's annual community event.

Forgiving For Living is a nonprofit organization that provides thousands of at-risk girls between the ages of 13-18 tools to live a healthy life through mentoring, workshops and programs throughout the year.

Hetty emceed the event and helped honor community leaders, including Jeffrey Coprich of Inner City Youth Foundation; Tulani Watkins from the USC Black Alumni Association; Marva Smith Battle Bey, Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corp; Attorney and Civic Leader Angela Reddock-Wright; and the Mayor of the City of Compton, Aja Brown.
