The former "Real Housewife" has settled a lawsuit with Raw Talent over revenue from her Skinnygirl line of products.

"Bethenny Ever After" star Bethenny Frankel has settled the $100 million lawsuit filed by her former manager over revenue from her growing media/product empire reports THR.

Raw Talent, Inc., the agency that represented Frankel, filed a claim in Los Angeles Superior Court in May stating that they were owed $12 million in unpaid commissions and were also seeking up to $100 million in punitive damages.

Raw Talent claimed its co-president Doug Wald met "The Real Housewives of New York" star in May of 2008 and helped transition Frankel from a reality television personality into the face of the Skinnygirl cocktail empire. The Los Angeles-based talent management company says that Frankel fired Wald in November of 2008, days before signing her deal to develop the Skinnygirl brand. Frankel went on to sell the company for a reported $100+ million.

Allegedly, Frankel refused to pay any percentage of her Skinnygirl earnings to the management company, which it claimed was a violation of her original representation contract.
