Lana Del Rey Disses Lady Gaga in Leaked Demo “So Legit”

"Summertime Sadness" singer seemingly has some beef with Mother Monster

Forget Madonna: It looks like Lady Gaga may have new feud brewing with Lana Del Rey.

A leaked demo purportedly cut by Del Rey has been making the rounds online, and the track, titled "So Legit," has been firing up a number of Little Monsters who are speculating that the "Born to Die" beauty is dissing their beloved "Judas" singer.

In the tune, the singer, who sounds uncommonly like Del Rey, calls Gaga by her real name, Stefani Germanotta, while slamming the pop star's music and success.

"Stefani you suck / I know you selling 20 million / Wish they could've seen you when we boo'd you off in Williamsburg / You're hurt I know my words don't hurt, yeah" the song goes.

The demo was reportedly recorded over four years ago when Lady Gaga shot to the top the mainstream music scene with the success of her 2009 album, The Fame. At the time, Del Rey was still touring under her real name, Lizzy Grant, before she had her own big break with her 2012 record, Born to Die.

"You're looking like a man, you're talking like a baby / How the f--k is your song in a Coke commercial, crazy / You called me the queen of the downtown scene, babe / How the f--k would you go switch it up and then replace me?" the song offers with a sting.

Back in 2009, the talented twosome shared the same manager, Bob Leone, and reportedly played in gigs together throughout Brooklyn. Fans have interpreted the song as seemingly criticizing Gaga's career as she struggled to make a name for herself in the music biz.

"What happened to Brooklyn, what happened to our scene, baby? / Have we all gone Gaga crazy? / Remember when the streets used to be dangerous and we were born bad / And we were born bad?" goes the song's lyrics.

While a rep for Del Rey had no comment, an apparent 2009 Facebook status update from Lana's page (under the name Lizzy Grant) has also been circulating online, in which the singer supposedly expresses her distaste for the pop star.

Although it's unclear whether the post is real, it reads, "When will people be over her? I am Hater," and includes a link to Wale's tune "Chilln," which features Gaga.

If the two did have any beef, they have seemingly buried the hatchet, as the singers had a well-documented slumber party with Lindsay Lohan at the Chateau Marmont last summer.

Gaga, who landed the top spot on Forbes highest-earning celebs under 30 list, is currently gearing up to perform her first single from her upcoming album ARTPOP at the MTV Video Music Awards--her first major performance since undergoing hip surgery in February, which forced the singer to cancel the remainder of her Born This Way Ball tour.

Meanwhile, Del Rey is set to take the stage at the Chicago music festival Lollapalooza in August.
